I think it it´s a cool creature, but you went overboard tith detail, the piece got way too busy. You should have rest places and more detail in the areas you want to draw attention to. Also i can see the arcanine, but i have a hard time finding charizard. With that said i think you have a cool ink style :)

Nicely done! The vibrant colors and the "looking up" perspective are really good, and also the surprised look on his face makes it way better!
Nice attention to detail too, for example the particles in the foreground are blured and the water isnt fully opaque.
